ISS nya huvudkontor skall stärka varumärket

ISS huvudkontor i Köpenhamn flyttar sommaren 2013 från den gemytliga innerstaden till en modern byggnad skapad för att visa den moderna arbetsplatsen.

HQ moves to create the workplace of the future

The move of ISS HQ is reflecting a strategic decision to create a workplace of the future supporting a more collaborative way of working at the headquarters and showcasing ISS as a world leading facility service provider.

ISS will move the company’s headquarters to great new premises in Greater Copenhagen. The move to a new state-of-the-art building will create an inspiring working environment for both employees and guests, generating significant value, resource optimisation and efficiencies for ISS and its customers.

At home in Søborg
During the summer of 2013, ISS headquarters will relocate to Søborg – a suburb in Greater Copenhagen approximately 10 kilometres from central Copenhagen.

Jeff Gravenhorst, ISS Group CEO said:
– The new ISS headquarters will represent a state-of-the-art office, encouraging collaboration and showcasing what the world’s greatest service company is able to deliver in terms of efficiency, synergy and innovation. The new offices will allow ISS to demonstrate how a well thought through building and working environment can significantly reduce water and energy consumption, while also creating cost efficiency from an integrated facility services perspective.

The new building will also offer advanced technology and integrated facility services which will improve both the working environment and the financial bottom-line of ISS.

Jeff Gravenhorst continued:
– While the office in Bredgade has a lot of charm and history the many long corridors and winding staircases are not exactly supporting ISS’ focus on: ‘One company – One Culture’, and the introduction of real open space offices will offer improvements for the many of our employees currently working in open space offices without the proper support facilities.
